Only stayed overnight to be close to the airport for an early flight home the next morning but was very surprised by the hotels suite that we stayed in. It had everything you required for a comfortable stop over.

I don't have much time to explore the area around Narita. I mainly go to Aeon Mall (which takes a lot of time). If I know there are beautiful sights around Narita, I will go sightseeing. It's easy to get to Narita via bus service from Tokyo Station or by JR train.

We had send our luggage through Takkyubin from Kyoto.
We had send our luggage through Takkyubin from Kyoto. They were collected and nicely placed in their store. Staff informed us once they received the luggage well in time.
Also, there is a 7-Eleven downstairs in the hotel premises, which is very convenient.
We used the free shuttle service to and from airport.

The Hotel was beautiful, clean and looked like they had great facilities which we just didn't get time to use, great looking Restaurant/Cafe and Sky High Bar looked elegant, would like to stay for some extra nights next time.

Narita is foreigner friendly and a great place to get introduced to Japan if you’ve never been to this wonderful country. I recommend it before jumping into the craziness of Tokyo. This is a more relaxed venue to learn how to take trains, eat in restaurants, etc. Food, especially produce, is also less expensive here around Narita. Many cultural attractions, which the very helpful information staff in the airport terminals can help you with. I strongly recommend them over the city tourism office, which is geared more for Japanese visitors.

Very good location near Tokyo Narita Intl, easy to reach from Tokyo Station and easy to get to the airport for earlier flights with the shuttle organized by the hotel. Very practical check-in and check-out, good and abundant (Japanese) breakfast. I would highly recommend the hotel and would certainly book again when flying to or from Tokyo Narita Intl.
Convenient as located near Narita airport. Family Mart inside the hotel is open 24hrs. Airport/city shuttle bus is available free of charge at the hotel. Nice hot springs spa !!! Great extensive buffet at the Narita Bold Kitchen! Worth a stay of 1 night or 2 if arriving at Narita airport before heading out to central Tokyo
Reception open late. Shuttle from airport to hotel till late, early shuttle from hotel to airport. Very convenient if you are arriving into Narita late and is looking for a overnight stopover before catching train or flight out of Tokyo. Obviously don't expect luxury or extreme comfort but it is pleasant enough.
Good overnight stay after arriving in Narita Airport in the evening to avoid getting expensive taxi from Narita airport to Tokyo because trains and busses to Tokyo are not longer available in the evening.
