The staff was really lovely, they helped with every query and were understanding and polite. Parking is available in secure garages for 14 EUR , as well as free parking around the hotel area
I did not experience the spa / pool area so can't comment on that
The beds were super comfy, and clean. Lots of space.

Good location for our concert venue, the manager was very helpful and the two ladies we spoke to were very helpful and friendly (one at reception and Simona in the restaurant). Mattress was comfy.

Lovely hotel set in a quiet area. Rooms very clean and comfortable beds.
Staff were very firendly
We ate in the dining room and the food was of excellent quality and very good value,
Breakfast was again excellent with a large choice.
Good parking
Geiselwind is a small town with a few hotels. There is a supermarket and pharmacy, a bank and a few businesses. To the West is a leisure area. It's an easy drive off the autobahn and little difficulty finding facilities. The locals are welcoming. For me it was fantastic however, not a place for the party lover. I stayed at the Krone hotel. Facilities, food and staff were all excellent.

Room was delightful.
Clean, spacious, comfy beds
The room even has a coffee machine and coffee pods are provided.
There's a private bathroom, which is pretty cool.

No staff there as it is self sign in, we were due to arrive pretty late so messaged hotel owner via booking.com and there was a quick reply with clear instructions

Location and surroundings looks nice, rooms are clean and have the equipment up to what you may expect from a 4 star hotel (except for the lack of airco), beds were ok and bathroom was modern and clean.
Beautiful looking hotel in a beautiful little village Square. Very nice atmosphere when we arrived late evening. Staff were helpful an welcoming, an spoke good English, great as my German is very poor.
Mr Müller was the best host I could wish for.
Everything was tip top. If you‘re traveling in Germany and need an overnight stay in this area I can highly recommend this property.
