The staff was really lovely, they helped with every query and were understanding and polite. Parking is available in secure garages for 14 EUR , as well as free parking around the hotel area
I did not experience the spa / pool area so can't comment on that
The beds were super comfy, and clean. Lots of space.

Good location for our concert venue, the manager was very helpful and the two ladies we spoke to were very helpful and friendly (one at reception and Simona in the restaurant). Mattress was comfy.

The room was upgraded for free of charge. Absolutely beautiful. The dinner was excellent!
Geiselwind is a small town with a few hotels. There is a supermarket and pharmacy, a bank and a few businesses. To the West is a leisure area. It's an easy drive off the autobahn and little difficulty finding facilities. The locals are welcoming. For me it was fantastic however, not a place for the party lover. I stayed at the Krone hotel. Facilities, food and staff were all excellent.

I was on the way to Vienna needed a rest. Good decision, beautiful hotel in a beautiful town. The lady at the reception was very friendly and the lady in the restaurant also. The breakfast was really good. Value for money this hotel and a nice break and only 4mins from the A3 highway.
what a fantastic place this was. Located in a quiet little village we found this hotel to be a real gem. Complete with a fantastic Italian restaurant.
And I was able to park our motorcycle off the road.
Location and surroundings looks nice, rooms are clean and have the equipment up to what you may expect from a 4 star hotel (except for the lack of airco), beds were ok and bathroom was modern and clean.
Nice hotel to have a break on a trip. Very friendly owner that speak good english (not easy for other german people in that zone) and he's ready to help you. Thanks for your help with my car!
