Gorgeous grounds with lots of little touches to make the place a wonderful hangout. We loved the reading and games books by the pool, the hot tub, and the plentiful garden work that brought in so much wildlife.

Arenal Monara ligger i Fortuna, 5,7 km fra La Fortuna-vandfaldet, og tilbyder indkvartering med restaurant, gratis privat parkering og bar. This was the best place we stayed in Costa Rica. It has an amazing view of the volcano from the balcony. The food was good, including the breakfast which was such a convenient option in the morning. And the owners and employees were excellent professionals while also being friendly. A recommendation for those staying here. Take a sloth tour with Armando. Do it because sloths are very cool and it’s interesting to see them in a natural environment. But do it with Armando because the man has the craziest sloth spotting abilities. I can’t decide if the sloths or Armando’s spotting abilities were cooler. It was a great time. And Armando might show you some cool tips on taking photos.

Hotel Indalo Adults Only ligger centralt i Puerto Viejo de Talamancas centrum, blot 3 minutters gang fra Salsa Brava-stranden. Der er stor have, solterrasse og gratis wi-fi. Et virkeligt hyggeligt boutique hotel. Stort rummeligt værelse, meget moderne og stilrent indrettet. Fantastisk god aircondition, som kunne få værelset til at blive kølet helt ned. Internettet fungerede perfekt

Hotel Sol Sámara ligger i Sámara, 1,4 km fra Samara-stranden, og tilbyder indkvartering med udendørs swimmingpool, gratis privat parkering, have og fælles opholdsstue. We had a wonderful time and stayed longer although it was raining because all the staff, especially Ines were exceptionally friendly and helpful. And the food was always delicious.

Great stay at such a great value overall. The family who run it was nice and helpful. The breakfast (included) was very good. I’d recommend it
