At the ryokan, rooms include a terrace with a city view. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom and a bidet, and certain rooms at MAYU Bangkok Japanese Style Hotel have a patio. At the accommodation, each room includes a seating area. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The location is very peaceful for the area and it felt like a real getaway in the middle of the city. The minibar and tea set were fantastic. We only stayed for the night and didn't use the pool or spa facilities, but would definitely like to book a return trip in the future to do so.

Exceptionally clean and well design. Room layout and function is nice. Hotel facilities are good too, like the swimming pool and the onsen.
The location, very close to the airport, an MRT Station 🚉 one minute walk from the hotel lobby, and multiple shopping malls and a Night Market 🌆 all within 5 minutes walk. The excellent spa, onsen, sauna, rooftop pool, and gym 🏊♂️ The super friendly and helpful staff, with a special mention for Woon in the dinning area, and Laksika C. in Reception, and finally the great range and selection of delicious dishes in buffet breakfast (well worth the extra cost) 🥐🥞☕🥘🍱🧺🧺🍛🍜🥗 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The room is so huge new and clean! The staff are so friendly and professional - they are always here when I need any help and advice regarding attractions and restaurants. The pool, gym is clean and well maintained. Highly recommended Onsen and Sauna! Special thanks to Coco who gave us the warmest help. He is so kind, helpful and friendly. He drew the recommended routes on map for us, offers a few place he recommends as locals, which was exactly we were looking for. We will stay this hotel again next time we visit Bangkok.
Good location with 5mins walk to Chong Nonsi bts. Local food stalls open in morning just opposite the hotel. 7-11 nearby. Good cafes all around. There's even an onsen spa around the corner. Rooms are quiet and clean. Like the big fridge and kitchenette.

Great hotel. Fantastic location in a great soi close to all the activity. The rooms and hotel are old but it's well looked after. The rooms were super clean with all the stuff you need and none of the nonsense you don't. The price is great and the sliding scale for late check out is an excellent idea. Staff are friendly, attentive and happy to help with requests. If you want to be in the thick of it but you're looking for a budget option, this would be it.

Everything about this hotel was just perfect! I booked this room for my mother-in-law to come and stay with us as I wanted her to experience the Japanese Onsen, Filipino singers and the poolside bar! She now wishes to come stay here with her husband each year! Special thanks again to Mynnie who made our stay very warm and welcoming!
Great place to stay. Best quality price balance, clean rooms, good facilities (cool gym and onsen), good breakfast and the best is that all tue staff is helpful and nice
