内子の宿 久, a property with a garden, is located in Uchiko, 100 metres from Omura Residence, 300 metres from Machiya Resource Center, as well as 400 metres from Koshoji Temple. This house is so beautiful and set on such a special historical street. We all felt privileged to be staying here

Set in Uchiko and only 70 metres from Machiya Resource Center, 内子の宿 織 offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The house and town are beautiful. And the staff who assisted are fabulous and great fun.

Offering a garden and garden view, 内子の宿 こころ is located in Uchiko, 400 metres from Omura Residence and 400 metres from Honhaga Residence. It was like staying in a film set but all authentic. The residence was built in a traditional way and well maintained. Very helpful staff and appreciated the pick up service from the station. Very attractive small provincial town with good selection of restaurants all within easy walking distance.

Situated in Toon, 11 km from Cools Mall and 12 km from To-on Park, 瀧乃元 近藤家（Kondoke-Inn) features spacious air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. We absolutely loved this place. The host and staff are so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The house itself is lovely, an old renovated farm house, with plenty of space and a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. There is a small independent cafe attached which is not to be missed - amazing coffee and, again, the owner is just lovely. I would recommend traveling by car but the roads are easy to navigate, there is good parking and so much to do in the area (from hiking to canyoning and kayaking; and larger cities such as Matsuyama, and slightly further, Kochi, are not too far away - we even went into town by car one evening for the famous Dogo Onsen). All in all, not to be missed!

We loved our four day stay in Yamatoya Besso. The onsen was fabulous. We had it to ourselves. The staff was super attentive especially Midori who speaks excellent English but everyone was wonderful. Breakfast was amazing. The location was superb, close to Matsuyama Castle, shopping, cafes, restaurants, and a short train ride to all the local sites. We look forward to returning to Yamatoya Besso.

Yamatoya Honten er staðsett í Matsuyama, 600 metra frá Joshin-ji-hofinu og býður upp á gistingu með heitum hverabaði, almenningsbaði og baði undir berum himni. Good location and service. Nice garden inside base free Japanese wine bar.

Kowakuen Haruka er staðsett í Matsuyama, 500 metra frá Joshin-ji-hofinu, og býður upp á gistingu með baði undir berum himni, einkabílastæði og garði. The hotel is modern but we were able to stay in the traditional Japanese style room - everything about the room was thoughtfully prepared (tea, drip coffee, robes and slippers for use when going to onsen, ice machine and small souvenir shop), clean and beds were comfortable. The location was very good, nice buffet dinner, live music performance at night and very kind staff. The rooftop onsen was excellent - it had a beautiful view of Matsuyama city, different soaking areas (outdoor and indoor with spa bubbles) and felt pretty private.

CHAHARU Hanare Dogo Yumekura er staðsett í innan við 1 km fjarlægð frá Joshin-ji-hofinu og í 13 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá Matsuyama-helgiskríninu en það býður upp á herbergi með loftkælingu og... I loved our stay here!! The highlight of our Japan trip. The staff were all really friendly especially Taguchi san and the food was amazing! We were served a different menu for our second night, too. The private onsen bath overlooking dogo onsen was lovely. And the yukatas were cute!
