Onsen was high class, both inside and outside, Nice and hot too. Dinner and breakfast is a must, very nice traditional meal sets which was nicely presented with great service. Overall experience was so good we will ensure a return visit if it fits in with our travel route through our next trip to Japan. Lovely experience.

Nice room with Kotatsu and Tatami mats. Friendly staff, and close to the main street and natural hotspring. The hotel bath is not the onsen water, which is fine, because the onsen water is a bit acidic in this area. So I recommend showering first at the hotel, then enjoy the natural bath, then return to the hotel bath.
Experience culture authentically with a stay at this traditional Japanese-style accommodation. Sleep on the floor (on a futon roll) in a room furnished with tatami flooring and sliding doors. Guests can often expect access to a communal bath plus a complimentary Japanese garment called a yukata.
First roykan I've tried and not disappointed! The food is very good and generous I think, I had trouble finishing everything. The place is quiet in the middle of the forest, I had a large room and the staff are very attentive to your needs. They help you with your travel plans and you can ask them to take you by car from the station to the ryokan or other places if there are no buses.I recommend it!
A beautiful Japanese Ryokan, the meals were delicious and served in you own private meal room. The onsen was great, such a lovely property I would definitely recommend staying for a couple nights and be treated to a real Japanese experience.
Ski fields only a short drive away.
Very kind staff and so accommodating with our limited Japanese. The style of this ryokan is so nice and dinner was really wonderful. We also enjoyed the private onsen since my husband has tattoos.
The place is located in a very nice surroundings. The ryokan is very clean, comfortable, lovely traditional food, the owner and staffs are exceptionally helpful and friendly.
