Kobori Ryokan, hotel in Ōwani

A 5-minute walk from Chuo Hirosaki Train Station, Kobori Ryokan offers Japanese-style and Western rooms in a traditional building.

The service is quite good, but you should consider where you want to go in Hirosaki. Because you need to take the transportation in the city and it takes some times to go to the castle or other tourist spots in the city

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! They helped me securely store my bike and when I first got on the room they brought me a thermos with boiled water so I could have some tea immediately. The onsen itself was small but was pretty empty whenever I went, with good opening hours to suit all lifestyles.

Beautiful traditional inn with a long history in a pleasant quiet town. Hosts were very polite and helpful in finding us somewhere local to have dinner during a mid-week summer stay. Onsen was lovely, as was breakfast looking out on an exquisite garden.
