The place is really cool, feels really authentic and gave us more of the real Japanese living arrangement. Was located well, with it being a 2 mile walk to Peace Memorial. Staff member was really nice and helpful. Wish we could have stayed in the city longer!
Only a 5-minute drive from Miyajima Ferry Port with its free shuttle, beautiful ocean views can be enjoyed from Miyajima Seaside Hotel.

Traditional ryokan with amazing views and super nice staff. Wonderful service!
Perfect location - not directly next to the ferry pier, however, the ryokan’s shuttle is super convenient.
We rented a bike from the ryokan to go explore early in the morning and it was the best thing we could have done!
Highly recommended!!

Sara was our guide on the trip and she was absolute wonderful in explaining and answering all our questions. She was very entertaining and patient, my parents loved chatting with her when we checked in and during our meals. The baths were really relaxing, breakfast and dinner were really pretty and delicious. The location was very convenient and the hotel was lovely and accommodating for picking us up from the port as well as holding our bags after we checked out.

A hotel fairly close to the ferry port and right next to the major shopping streets and attractions of Miyajima. This is a superb location to spend your holiday in Miyajima. Our group felt welcomed by the staff and enjoyed the wonderful amenities (free drinks, onsen, etc.) that were offered by Kinsuikan. Definitely the highlight of our trip in Japan.

A very traditional inn with futons and tatami and a traditional Japanese hotel breakfast. The perfect location, right beside the atomic dome and the dock for the Miyajima ferry. Old fashioned, but that is part of the charm. Delightful service.
Experience culture authentically with a stay at these traditional Japanese-style accommodations. Sleep on the floor (on a futon roll) in a room furnished with tatami flooring and sliding doors. Guests can often expect access to a communal bath, plus a complimentary Japanese garment called a yukata.
The hosts were amazing! Good English and they were patient with my attempts at Japanese as well.
The rooms are in a separate building within a walking distance, but uphill. It was ok for me, but people with walking difficulties might not be able to make it.
The bathroom in the separate building exceeded expectations. Cheap laundry options. The bathtub was large enough for a tall European to fit in completely.
The view from up the hill was amazing.
There's an onsen on the south part of the island that you can visit via bus.
The inn was an old traditional Japanese building. It was a unique space and a good experience. Some rooms have tatami mats.
It was interesting to see large boats coming and going on the sea in front of us.
Near the inn, there is a walking trail and an old town. It is a maze of narrow streets where people still live and greet the elderly people they meet. When you reach the top of the hill, you can see a wide view and even the city of Hiroshima.
Nearby is an old sake brewery where we were able to sample various flavors of sake.
This us an authentic Japanese experience. Only hearty guests should book as there is a steep climb up a hill to the guest rooms. The small onsen in the downstairs area was exceptional. Kaito was charming and informative and cooked a delicious dinner. Ecu and Katzoo were very helpful guiding us from the bus stop and bringing our belongings to our room. We are much appreciative of the kind hospitality and genuine warmth we were shown. Once we learned the route we were able to easily take the bus from Kure to the correct Takesu stop.
