we paid over 13000yen for the private onsen, but it was a lot of bugs flowing on the water we didn’t want to get in but anyway we tried. Then we saw some black dirts in the water not just one the surface, we didn’t know what it was its just so disgusting so we run out. But the stuffs there are nice and the view of the ocean was nice.

We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel! They went above and beyond to help us celebrate our anniversary, making it a truly special occasion. They thoughtfully arranged a beautiful scenic spot for our meal, which added to the warmth and joy of the celebration. We are so grateful for their attention to detail and care—it was a heartwarming experience that we will always remember. Thank you to the wonderful team!

- We got a free room upgrade to the Harumi Executive Twin Room with an open air bath on the balcony (doesn't seem to be on Booking.com though)
- This room was super spacious and beautifully furnished, very modern but still had traditional aspects
- Stunning ocean front view - this was particularly great when using the private bath
- Located in a small seaside town so it was very relaxing to travel around (definitely need a car though)
- Beds were super comfortable
- Staff were very accommodating and friendly
- Toilet was separate to the shower room which we personally prefer
- Breakfast and kaiseki dinner was great and very extensive (heavy on the seafood but it was to be expected considering the location)
- Hotel had free parking onsite
- Coin laundry and dryer available onsite (only 1 each but we didn't have to wait)

The ryokan is located in a quaint little onsen town, quite like how quiet it gets. The large variety of onsens available on site were excellent, room was very comfortable, view of the sea was great.
Wonderful ryokan with private onsen and delicious kaiseki dinner. Staff was very friendly. Pickup from train station and drop off at the same station was very convenient. Highly recommend. I would stay longer if I could.
We enjoyed the view of the sea from our balcony and the use of the private onsens they provide Yukatas on arrival and also provide room service during dinner to swap room into sleeping. We booked half board so we got breakfast and dinner. There is 5/6 private onsens available 14:30-midnight, upgrades to having an onsen on balcony which is available 24hr and a male and female public onsen. The private onsens were useful for us because of my tattoos. Shampoo and soap provided, towels provided.
It is a small traditional Japanese hotel with ryokan and hot spring facilities
The staff were exceptional in their politeness and the services of front desk staff namely Shime San, Aya San was excellent.
The breakfast service employees namely were also very helpful.
Being by the sea, hotel has a different feeling of peace and tranquility just hearing the rush splatter of incoming waves on the beach
Everything is great - food, service, rooms, onsen
Yumi and all other staff are very helpful. Like the fact that there are rooms with beds and futon beds to choose from.
We had a very pleasant stay.
The view from the room was amazing when we arrived in the afternoon. The onsen on the 4th floor has free usage and is great and it has both internal and external parts to enjoy. The traditional breakfast was good and contained local specialties too. There were free buses going to the railway station regularly in the morning. The staff tries their best to help your stay to be as pleasant as possible. The beach is in the front of the hotel.
Lovely sea view. Very traditional experience, yukata is provided and worn throughout the stay. Amazing Japanese dinner served in your room (we struggled to eat it as we are not great fish fans but that was our problem!!). Delicious Japanese breakfast. The staff don’t speak much English but they are very lovely. Great free transfer provided by the hotel from Izu-Adawara (we got Shinkansen from Tokyo to Atami and then changed to the odoriko train which costs extra). Nice onsen. Memorable experience never to be forgotten.
