Nice location and very nice rooms with a lot of beautiful wood work. Pleasant staff but basically no English. However helpful with the use of translators. The onsen was excellent.

I didn't take the breakfast, so I can't comment on it.
Location was good for me since I wanted to walk everyday.

The shuttle bus to and from the station was really easy. Multiple onsen to choose from. The reception staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the dinner and the breakfast buffet.
Five star service in a five star ryokan. Worth the price. Free yukata with different sizes and design available for guests. Very peaceful ryokan. Wish we could stay longer to explore the surrounding nature.
Kaiseki dinner and breakfast was amazing. Staff was so attentive to our requests and took the time asking about our dietary requirements.
Massage chairs available for guests to use. Loved the Indoor and outdoor public bath.
Highly recommended for those who wants a luxury ryokan experience.
Service. We were wow-ed by the service right at the moment we parked our car, a staff immediately came to gather our luggages, and then escort us to our rooms after check-in. The room was big beyond our expectation. Onsen leaves a smooth feeling skin.
Everything. The room, staff, atmosphere all perfect. There are a lot onsen you can try. Oh ya, how can i forget to talk about the food, it was majestic, both dinner and breakfast.
Nice buffet dinner and breakfast.
