The location was very beautiful and there were lots of places to walk with our dogs and take in the nice scenery. The Flat was large and the kitchen was well equipped.

The hotel is located by the lake, have incredible view. Room is nice and clean. They have private onsen, you can book during your stay. They have staffs that can speak English and services are exceptional. They provide transportation to-from tourist destinations. Breakfast & Dinner are very good!
The location, the onsen, the bedroom views, the size of the bedroom but most of all, the hotel staff, they were so kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were so sweet with my daughter too, leaving daily little gifts for her.
the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.
I think this is a good accommodation, because it's like new modern rooms, close to the station, close to Familymart. and there is a public bath(onsen) on the 2nd floor
Staff were excellent, waited on us hand and foot without us asking. Room and private onsen were incredible, the views of the lake were amazing and the futons were really comfortable.
We wanted to try out a traditional Japanese room and everything attached to that. This definitely ticked the boxes. Beautiful and comfortable! Also very nice that we were able to use the private onsen. That for 150 yen/person.
The hospitality extended to us upon arrival was top notch. From the receptionist offering us tea and hot towels, to her introducing our room to us…
The onsen was also brilliant and well equipped. One of the best onsens i have had in my life, mainly because it was quiet and peaceful with a great view.
More than 10 years that I regularly stay at Daiwa Hamamatsu everytime I travel for work; always good and convenient; I love the traditional breakfast served at the restaurant on 1F
The property was in a great location and had friendly staff.
The food was good, it was buffet style. There was a great onsen and lots of space tto hang out.
