The location is great in a historical center of Alicante, the apartments are in an old town building, nice clean room with everything you need, very friendly staff. The building has a lift, which is a great deal when you have heavy luggages. The price is affordable. It’s ideal for staying a few days in historic city center.
I was very pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. As we had booked very late, for a concert, on a weekend night in high season, I wasn't expecting a lot.
Antonio greeted us ion arrival and showed us to the most beautiful room with a kitchen and private courtyard that we were not expecting. The location is perfect for Alicante city center. The accommodation is immaculately clean. it was very quiet and comfortable. I would highly recommend.
Perfect location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, and the town beach. Safe and quiet. Host made us feel very welcome and went beyond expectations to ensure we were comfortable, and sent advance information so we knew the flat location and other details before we arrived. Easy check in/out. Flat very clean, spacious (even with 4 of us, it felt roomy). Added bonus the courtyard. Beds comfy, and has a big couch. Highly recommend this place, and will stay there again!

Room was spacious, cool and extremely comfortable. Close to beach and fantastic bars / restaurants. Also well sound proofed so didn’t hear outside noises at all.

Great top floor area to sunbathe / have an evening drink.
Everything was good with the hotel, but the noise from air conditioning systems which stopped me from having a good night sleep. We turned our air conditioning off thinking it was just noise from that but it was not. We think it was due to us backing on to courtyard. If I stay at this hotel again, I would definitely ask for a room in different area
Clean, comfortable apartment. Good location with access to bus and tram. Supermarkets are not too far. Quiet environment. Many of plants on terrace and inside.

Wonderful location in Alicante – Room very clean and good shower. A very friendly woman met us promptly at our agreed time (5. 30pm) and arrived at “check out” the following day at 11 am. Loved the traditional style of the building – our room was not looking onto the street but instead onto a very small courtyard - so that meant for us no noise at night .
Would highly recommend. My friend is considering returning at Christmas with her partner.
We loved the traditional style of the apartment. Good kitchen equipment. Excellent bathroom. Good sized TV. Very good location. We liked the rolling window blinds. I liked watering the plants on the balconies.
