Tom, the cruise manager, worked very hard to make sure that everyone had a great trip - from playing the flute at Karaoke to leading the sunrise Tai Chi.

Booked the accommodation for a friend's family and they absolutely love their stay, only one thing is they was expecting to go to the park but could not due to the park didn't open, that's would be great if the information can be updated up front.

Featuring sea views, The An Nam Villa HaLong in Ha Long features accommodation, a private beach area, water sports facilities, an outdoor swimming pool, a casino and a garden. It's a pity that we arrived in Ha Long right after Typhoon Yagi, as the city had suffered significant damage. However, I am satisfied with the service here.

It was very easy to check in, the owner came immediately after a call from the reception. The appartement was as on the pictures, even more beautiful! The sea view was AMAZING!!! There is a balcony where you could have a coffee/tea in the morning while admiring the view. It was even more breathtaking in the night time when the city lights out! Mr Thuy was amazing and helpful. We could ask anything, he made sure it’s done! He even followed up days after we left his appartement to be sure we were alright! It felt like being part of a family!
