Tom, the cruise manager, worked very hard to make sure that everyone had a great trip - from playing the flute at Karaoke to leading the sunrise Tai Chi.

Other facilities also include an on-site bar and a shared lounge. Day trips, limousine shuttle bus services and airport transfers can be arranged at a surcharge. Everything was so perfect! The suite was very clean and big with a lovely balcony. Foods service was Amazing and all the staff was so Great!! Thank you so much for this winderfull experience!

Booked the accommodation for a friend's family and they absolutely love their stay, only one thing is they was expecting to go to the park but could not due to the park didn't open, that's would be great if the information can be updated up front.

It's a pity that we arrived in Ha Long right after Typhoon Yagi, as the city had suffered significant damage. However, I am satisfied with the service here.

The appartement was as on the pictures, even more beautiful! The sea view was AMAZING!!! There is a balcony where you could have a coffee/tea in the morning while admiring the view. It was even more breathtaking in the night time when the city lights out! Mr Thuy was amazing and helpful. We could ask anything, he made sure it’s done! He even followed up days after we left his appartement to be sure we were alright! It felt like being part of a family!
