She went above and beyond to help us out as we had a sleeper bus arrive at 3am and she went out of her way to call a taxi for us at this time as we couldn't find one. The lovely man even carried our bags down to our room for us after arriving at 3am. The reception staff were beautiful and we loved our room. Only downfall was we didn't have enough time to stay longer 🥺
