The location is perfect for holidays. The beach front is clean and well maintained. The grass is well done.

Everybody from the staff was very polite and smiling. The garden is well maintained and groomed everyday. The little houses in the garden look magical and the whole resort is all looking very tastefull, there are no tacky vibes here which is great. Room was spacious and had a nice ginger/verbena scent.

In terms of luxury and comfort the hotel scores really good. We had great (huge) luxury suite on the 10th floor, and we really liked it. The pool on top of the hotel was very welcome, and there was a great restaurant in the same street, however...
This is a 5 star luxury at a very reasonable price.
It has extremely clean, spacious and comfortable bedrooms.
The YHI spa is magnificent - the setting, the staff and the comfort were all first class. The massage was the best I have ever had.
The gym was excellent, spacious and very well equipped.
Breakfast was superb, so much choice in beatiful surroundings.
The lobby and bar/lounge area were first class.
The tour organised by the hotel to Phong Nha Caves was brilliant and very good value for money.
We really enjoyed our stay in the Riverside Hotel. Its location is great, and the river view across is amazing. The hotel is very close to the beach with interesting seafood restaurants, as well as the center with pedestrian streets and lovely cafes.
The staff was very kind and enthusiastic. The breakfast was delicious, with good variety.
Our room was clean and comfortable. Good Wi-Fi.
I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dong Hoi City. Great value for the price, even better than in some resorts.
