The resort is in great location and mountain view balcony was really nice. The staff was very friendly and was ready to go any extent to take care of customers. Definitely recommend this resort for family.

Overlooking Sa Pa Lake, BB Sapa Resort & Spa - Formerly Victoria Sapa Resort & Spa (formerly Victoria Sapa Resort & Spa) is a traditional mountain chalet, which blends in perfectly with the natural... The staffs at the reception lobby are most helpful and also provide great customer service. I would like to mention a special thank you to a reception Staff - May (hope i get her name right). Not only did she provide great help and advice on where to travel around for sight see, she even pay meticulous attention to pre-emp our needs, like preparing the Hotel buggy for my family of six to pick us up from the hotel Swimming pool complex to return to hotel main lobby, so that we can be on time for our transport back to Railway Station. The hotel rooms (we had the Family Suite and the Deluxe rooms) are all cleaned and well equipped. Hotel breakfast also has a good spread.

Had the most wonderful stay here for our 10th wedding anniversary. Such a beautiful spot surrounded with the most breathtaking views! The sweetest and most helpful staff we have ever encountered. The room was perfect with amazing view and we enjoyed the amazing heated pool! They had even decorated our room for our anniversary when we got back from dinner complete with rose petals on the bed a full size cake and candles. Cannot thank you all enough for everything!!
