Staff were so friendly and kind. Everything was new and clean, felt very modern. They offer a free shuttle service to and from town which is great. Outdoor and indoor pool, outdoor one is not heated so great on a hot day. The robes in the room we every soft. They have all the amenities you’d need, toothpaste & brush, comb, shampoo etc.. breakfast is incredible! Such a highlight.

Perched majestically on a picturesque hilltop, amidst floating clouds, Silk Path Grand Sapa Resort & Spa offers an exceptional blend of local culture, French Indochina architecture, and vibrant Sapa... The resort is in great location and mountain view balcony was really nice. The staff was very friendly and was ready to go any extent to take care of customers. Definitely recommend this resort for family.

Everything about Eco Palms House was perfect. The view is spectacular the food is delicious and the staff go out of their way to make your stay perfect.

BB Sapa Resort & Spa - Formerly Victoria Sapa Resort & Spa (áður Victoria Sapa Resort & Spa) er hefðbundinn fjallafjallaskáli sem fellur fullkomlega inn í náttúrulega umhverfið og er með útsýni yfir... The staffs at the reception lobby are most helpful and also provide great customer service. I would like to mention a special thank you to a reception Staff - May (hope i get her name right). Not only did she provide great help and advice on where to travel around for sight see, she even pay meticulous attention to pre-emp our needs, like preparing the Hotel buggy for my family of six to pick us up from the hotel Swimming pool complex to return to hotel main lobby, so that we can be on time for our transport back to Railway Station. The hotel rooms (we had the Family Suite and the Deluxe rooms) are all cleaned and well equipped. Hotel breakfast also has a good spread.

The location was beautiful, loved it. The staffs were very helpful and the food was excellent. The rooms came with gorgeous, stunning views couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Had the most wonderful stay here for our 10th wedding anniversary. Such a beautiful spot surrounded with the most breathtaking views! The sweetest and most helpful staff we have ever encountered. The room was perfect with amazing view and we enjoyed the amazing heated pool! They had even decorated our room for our anniversary when we got back from dinner complete with rose petals on the bed a full size cake and candles. Cannot thank you all enough for everything!!
