Facilities were exceptional. Staff were helpful and friendly. Restaurant buffet was fantastic and had great choices for coeliacs at both breakfast and dinner. Can speak to chef if required.

This is a modern luxury hotel in downtown Nashville, though in a less busy area some distance from the nightlife district. I stayed here for one night and found my room to be very comfortable and well designed. Definitely do not miss out on the pool as It has a fantastic view, is spacious enough to handle many guests and has a bar conveniently located right next to it.
We were able to upgrade to a one bedroom with a separate living space about a month before our trip. The full kitchen was nice, and the beds were comfortable. This is a nice resort in a city that allows for easy travel to nearby locations as well!

The resort superceded our expectations! The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The patio was beautiful, we had breakfast out there every morning. The location was great, the staff were the best. Decent parking, and a nice breakfast. They had live music on the front porch, and a great traditional resort lodge feel.
Loved the retro style of the hotel and the amenities.. The pool , bar and hot tub were amazing. The toiletries in the bathroom smelled so good. We loved the location. It felt resort like even though it was in the heart of Pigeon Forge.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Music Road Resort. It is close to major attractions. We stayed in the hotel on first floor. We had two queen size beds that were comfy. The room was spacious and clean as well as the bathroom. The property was all around clean. The pools were clean and fun. The free breakfast was okay but sitting on the deck watching the birds and water made it better.
Fantastic Lodge & Resort. We were more than pleased with our room and the stay exceeded our expectations. The staff was pleasant making check-in and check-out very easy. The location is superb and exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. Our room was lovely, clean, had great water pressure, and a nice view. We absolutely will stay here again.
We ended up at the back of the resort. And the view was phenomenal. The condo we had was super clean. The full kitchen plus washer and dryer were very convenient. The pools were never overcrowded and everyone was very friendly. The place was only about 10mins away from a grocery store. We also appreciated the pools, hot tub, basketball, and ping pong table. It was worth the price. The bear running amuck on the property was an added bonus.
Definitely all-inclusive. We never had to leave for snacks or food. We had pizza from the resort, which was very tasty. Kid's loved the rooms and how they had their own space. The treasure hunt was so fun! Staff was very friendly and rooms very clean.
