My son loved the place and the staff was fantastic. He is 11 and they helped him navigate the hotel restaurants and amenities while I was at a conference. They helped him order room service and made sure he had what he needed while I was away. He is high-functioning with autism, and he had no issues at all. He loved the avocado toast! The staff is first class and what you'd expect at a five-star resort. I can't say enough about the team and the culture of service. Top-notch all the way.
This is a modern luxury hotel in downtown Nashville, though in a less busy area some distance from the nightlife district. I stayed here for one night and found my room to be very comfortable and well designed. Definitely do not miss out on the pool as It has a fantastic view, is spacious enough to handle many guests and has a bar conveniently located right next to it.
Location in downtown Nashville.was Incredibly convenient with just a few minute walk to Broadway. It is in a nice safe upscale area of Nashville. The apartment was clean with amazing views of downtown. The pool facilities were as nice as any resort. The staff were available 24/7 and were professional and polite.
Loved the super clean, updated, poolside room. Property was very quiet, restful and a relaxing alternative to the nearby Opryland Resort (which was still an accessible 10min walk). The on-site restaurant, The Opry Backstage Grill, was a pleasant surprise.
The resort is amazing! Room was good but should have 2 chairs in it as it has 2 beds! Bathroom was quite small and Would be better with a shower cubicle. I hate a bath with a shower over it and also do not like shower curtains!
