Front desk ladies were amazing. Especially thank you to Kelly who is amazing and checked us in early in the morning. She made sure we have an excellent start of our stay! Layout of the room was very good. Even though we had loud neighbors (totally understandable we were all here to celebrate halloween).. when in bedroom we couldn’t hear a thing from hallway outside the room or other room behind the wall.

This Shreveport luxury resort features a selection of on-site dining options and a casino. It is less than 2 km from Shreveport Convention Center. The location of the hotel PLUS the free parking was a pleasant surprise. The views across the river and the sportsman's cafe on the ground floor was for breakfast and a quick meal. Rooms were large and spacious.

Located off I-20, this resort hotel features an on-site casino and gift shops. Floor-to-ceiling windows in rooms provide an open view of the city or surrounding area. it was my birthday. i enjoyed the food and hamming.
