Naalehu
Providing free WiFi, a sun terrace with a saltwater swimming pool, meditation pad and garden, Hawaii Island Resort is situated in Naalehu. Loved the natural feel. There were fruit and nut trees you could pick from and a couple adorable dogs! Nice and peaceful, away from the main road. The salt water pool was fun for a nighttime dip and there was coffee and tea available at all times. The location was great. The nights cooled off and made it the perfect temperature without the need for air conditioning. We didn't use many of the amenities, such as the pool table, ping pong table, movie theater room,etc, but we were informed that we could use them.
Kailua-Kona
Featuring an outdoor pool and fitness centre, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kailua-Kona is located in historic Kailua Village. It serves a daily continental breakfast. Free WiFi access is available. Excellent location, great facilities and the staff were bloody legends!
Waikoloa
Located on the Kohala Coast, Hilton Grand Vacations Club Kings Land Waikoloa boasts an on-site restaurant, 4 outdoor swimming pools and a hot tub. It’s exceptional. Far exceeded my expectations. It’s not clear in the description that you have full use of the rest of the Hilton resort which is just brilliant.

Located on Kona Coast in Hawaii, this tropical garden resort is less than one mile from Kahaluu Beach. It features a restaurant, tennis court and villas with a fully-equipped kitchen. Spacious appartment, calm environment, friendly and helpful staff, well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms for us 4 was a bonus. There were plenty of activities around, could have easily spent a full week or 2.
