Plenty of activities and entertainment. The food was brilliant, plenty of choice and good quality. The staff were fantastic. Yasmin in miniclub in particular was so lovely with the children. The mini disco was a big hit and the children are still singing the songs after our trip! The Eid celebration and foam party around the pool was incredible and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Brilliant trip and we are already looking at when we can go back again.

The food was a delight to our taste buds. Each meal was tasty and well-prepared, making every dining experience a culinary adventure. The variety and quality of the dishes were commendable. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire area was noteworthy. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for relaxation. What truly set this experience apart was the friendly and helpful staff. Every department went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their dedication to service was evident in their attention to detail and responsiveness to our needs. A special mention must be made of the animation kids club. Ayse and Canan, in particular, were fantastic. They created a fun and engaging environment that our daughter absolutely loved. Their efforts made our stay even more special. In conclusion, our experience was so positive that we are already planning our return. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to other families looking for a memorable vacation. Staying at Kaya was a great experience. The hotel is nice the rooms are spacious and the food is really good too! Moreover the staff has been absolutely brilliant. Everyone is kind, smiling, trying to do the extra mile for the guests. They really made us belive that we are their friends and they care about us. Seriously can't name a single thing we didn't like!
