Plenty of activities and entertainment. The food was brilliant, plenty of choice and good quality. The staff were fantastic. Yasmin in miniclub in particular was so lovely with the children. The mini disco was a big hit and the children are still singing the songs after our trip! The Eid celebration and foam party around the pool was incredible and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Brilliant trip and we are already looking at when we can go back again.

Their dedication to service was evident in their attention to detail and responsiveness to our needs. A special mention must be made of the animation kids club. Ayse and Canan, in particular, were fantastic. They created a fun and engaging environment that our daughter absolutely loved. Their efforts made our stay even more special. I can say it was everything perfect, start from reciptions staff helpful and friendly, rooms so clean, nice spa, delicious and varaity foods, imazing party for new year eve, they have very good WiFi, everywhere was clean, finally everyone in this hotel make their job with positive energy and good mood all the time Sorry if I forget to mention something. I hope to be there again

Staying at Kaya was a great experience. The hotel is nice the rooms are spacious and the food is really good too! Moreover the staff has been absolutely brilliant. Everyone is kind, smiling, trying to do the extra mile for the guests. They really made us belive that we are their friends and they care about us. Seriously can't name a single thing we didn't like! Thank you guys was an amazing experience!
