Santa Bárbara Eco-Beach Resort is located in Ribeira Grande, north coast of São Miguel Island. Everything! The staff are awesome and help make this beautiful resort a special place to stay in Azores.

Located in the São Miguel Island of the Azores archipelago, the Caloura Hotel Resort is inserted on a protected natural area and features direct access to the sea and natural volcanic pools. Caloura Hotel is great! The property is very well maintained with a beautiful garden and pool area, many hidden places to sit and chill with a book, paths to the stony beach, beautiful green lawn. We stayed for a couple of days to cover the East side of the island, somehow it was always sunny in the Caloura Hotel, even when it was raining everywhere else. Room was spacious and comfortable and ours was facing the cliff in the West. Staff was incredibly helpful, they sent our postcards and printed our boarding passes with no issues. Stay totally worth the price.

Offering an outdoor pool, Casa do Lado is located in Povoação. Free WiFi access is available in this holiday home. Beautiful location, with vast ocean views, and infinity pool with deck! Clean, and comfortable. The owner is responsive and attentive. A hiking trail is accessible within a minute! An outstanding accommodation.

Offering views of the Atlantic Ocean, this hotel features a tennis court and air-conditioned accommodation. Wonderful location, ideal by car to explore the island. The apartment was super spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff (especially Andre) was very nice

Featuring direct access to Baia de Água d’Alto Beach, this luxurious resort is situated on the island of São Miguel and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The staff were absolutely wonderful, they went above and beyond. They always remembered me, and my room number, and were helpful in finding taxis, and accepting my delayed suitcase. One time housekeeping didnt come in because I had left the do not disturb sign, and they slipped a card in the room saying they had come by. I really appreciated that! You know they didnt just forget. The food was good, and there was a lot of variety, something different every time. I also enjoyed walked around on the grounds, the beach, and used the pool (though only breifly!) I also enjoyed a massage treatment, which they helped me book! I will be back.
