The unit is set in Foz do Douro, a 15-minute drive from the Porto centre. Some of the apartments in the unit feature views of the Ocean from its balcony. We were made to feel like home by the owners, the view was absolutely stunning and the location is amazing for a relaxing trip. The mattress and the pillows were very good quality and very comfortable, which in turn made us want to spend even more time in bed. All in all just very good.

Axis Ofir Hotel is an extensive resort situated among pine groves, the Cávado River and a beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Great location, right by the beach. Pizzeria near by serving great food. View from the balcony was good, could see out onto the pool and beach.

The first impression when we got there was that we were at the wrong place. The entrance is beautiful but since there wasn’t anyone there it felt strange. But our host had left me a message with check in video instructions. The room and the dining room was so beautifully decorated. We had a great and restful night. The breakfast was delicious. And we such a wonderful view of the full moon.
