I would have preferred an all-inclusive hotel but the Courtyard Marriott staff and ambience made me feel excited to be there. It was a very pleasant time.
All the different beautiful pools and easy access to the beach from resort and the beautiful ocean view from my room.
The location was great. The resort had a lot of amenities, easy access to the beach, and a lot of complimentary items. Also the staff was great. We were there for the Memorial Day holiday, so it was a lot of people in the hotel, but it didn't feel over crowded.
It was so nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the other beaches. It was like having our own beach area and resort. The view from our room was nice even though the balcony was a little on the small side. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. We felt very welcomed.
The Avila Guesthouse is a nice big studio type of property with all necessary equipment. Big enough to have space to move around the room, bathroom is large and clean. Clean also linen, bed was comfy. The kitchen is fine, but if you intend to have breakfast in, bring everything (tea...) as there is no small batch of anything in the cupboard. Property looks exactly like the pictures. Not to far from Calle Loiza and beach resorts.
This is a beautiful resort in an ideal location. The staff are fantastic and a pleasure to talk to for places to go and to learn about the culture.
It’s a beautiful place! The beach is close by, they have snorkeling equipment as a courtesy for the guests, which was great and very convenient! The golf carts to get you around the resort are so great!
I loved the all-inclusive breakfast it was a wide variety of food. It was very easy and smooth to check in and out. Definitely would recommend. It’s in a very convenient location.
Looked like authentic Old Puerto Rico. Not the generic US style beach resort hotels
Loved the whole experience outside on the private beach and pool area. We wanted an all inclusive resort and this place was the closest thing to it! Beautiful beachfront, beautiful pools and beautiful views. I can't wait to go back.
