Located 2 blocks away from Isla Verde Beach, Embassy Suites San Juan – Hotel & Casino offers made-to-order breakfast daily, outdoor pool with waterfall, kids playground area and an on-site casino. We loved the wonderful pool and the mohitos at the pool bar. We thought breakfast was great also the evening drinks. It was nice to be near a large supermarket.

The room is very good and beautiful. Even the window was so clean that I didn't see and hit my head there. Staff is very good, especially towel guys, the guy at the beach serving (forgot name), parking guys, cleaning ladies. Especially it was one guy Gabriel I think in main restaurant, who gave a lot of information than reception, and said where to go in the city and we went and were happy. Thanks to FO managers, they helped with some issues.

The room was awesome, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very accommodating and kind! I would definitely come back and tell friends to stay here.

Situated on 35 acres of land, of which 5 km are pristine and secluded beaches, Villa Montaña Beach Resort is a northwest Puerto Rico resort offering two swimming pools, one restaurant and spa... We communicated with the front desk via Whatsapp messages, which was super convenient, since we could do it at any time, even during an excursion. They were very responsive and attentive. We loved the hotel in general, classy and quiet, with beautiful sounds of nature! also, the fact that is not an all-inclusive concept, allowed us explore more places to eat and drink (although the restaurant gets 5 stars in my opinion too!).
