Situated in Caliclic, Manawari Beach Resort has a private beach area, restaurant, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. It was in a good setting. The layout and design of the property was very well done. Charming. The lady who manned the reception desk during the day was incredibly helpful and a credit to the resort.

Situated in Magamomo, Castle View Hotel Samal has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. loved the location and view from the room. staff very helpful and sitting in the pool over looking Davao was amazing.

Swissfinity Beach Resort features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a private beach area and restaurant in Pangubatan. It’s a pricey place for me but the place matched it with small gestures like complimentary drinks and just a posh/environment to be in. There was a power cut but that was no problem for Swissfinity, they had backup generators. - Very secluded. - very posh/fancy - super nice beach - The kitchen has at least one western Eurpoean chef so if you want real western food cooked like you’d find it in Europe, come here!

Located on Samal Island, Hof Gorei Resort features traditional bungalow accommodation. It has an outdoor pool, surrounded by tropical gardens with panoramic views of the Davao Gulf and Mount Apo. Everything was perfect for my 24hr retreat. Good food, lovely staff, stunning property. Couldn’t recommend more highly!
