Þetta hótel er í sveitastíl og er staðsett á eyjunni Isla Bastimentos, nálægt karíbýlinu Bocas del Toro en þar er boðið upp á úrval af vistvænni ferðaþjónustu og fjölbreytileika. The food was excellent, and staff was very friendly. Great place for snorkeling, every offered excursion was a unique experience we where able to see sloths, western night monkeys, red dart frogs, 2 baby dolphins along with many adults, reef sharks, jelly fish, sea stars and many fish species along with stingrays snorkeling just out in front of the resort. The insects/bugs where minimum during our visit in September didn't even use our bug spray. This resort could be difficult for those who have an issue with some bugs and wildlife visiting them in there room, however you need to remember this is a nature resort and you are sleeping in a bungalow in the rainforest. With this fact in mind the amount of bugs and such in our room was very minimal and did not bother us at all the rooms where very clean.

Offering an extensive lush garden, a swimming pool and unique architecture upon a hillside, the Red Frog Beach Island Resort is located a walk distance from the beach. Beautiful three bedroom house, newly renovated with a pool, overlooking the jungle in the ocean. Lots of wildlife around look at staff was great.

Popa Paradise Beach Resort er staðsett á hvítri sandströnd og býður upp á strandbar, sundlaug og jógastúdíó. We had a lovely stay at Popa Paradise, if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place (outside the mouse of Bocas Town) that’s the place to go! The hosts, Vince and Rosie, are very friendly and welcoming. Food was great (a bit less options for vegetarians though), but if you eat fish and meat, you will enjoy it a lot!

Buccaneer Resort er staðsett í Carenero og býður upp á veitingastað. Gistirýmið er með garð og loftkælingu. Ókeypis WiFi er í boði. Öll herbergin á dvalarstaðnum eru með verönd og sjávarútsýni. The closeness to the waves. Also, a great seafood restaurant close by and a taco and pizza bar next to me where I can walk barefooted over to. The island community was very friendly.
