A clifftop resort for guests above 16 years old, with sea and ocean view rooms and suites including breakfast and exclusive benefits for panoramic rooms and suites: mini bar, afternoon tea, cocktail... The STAFF was absolutely wonderful!!! I’d never been to a Shangri-La property before but do travel a lot and have seen many five star hotels so I can definitely say that they were amazing here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the service level was completely on point as well as the hospitality. I’ve worked with high level hotels for years so I have good reference and would highly recommend this hotel. We were sad to leave and will miss it. I almost didn’t want to post this review to keep it a secret but the staff absolutely deserves 10 STARS 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Makikita sa Al Hajar mountains kung saan matatanaw ang Sea of Oman, nag-aalok ang 5-star luxury resort na ito ng natatanging palace experience, na nagpapakita ng sining ng Omani hospitality. The breakfast was great, fresh seasonal fruits and fresh pastries. The beach was clean and nice, I like the infinity pools in the resort.
