The STAFF was absolutely wonderful!!! I’d never been to a Shangri-La property before but do travel a lot and have seen many five star hotels so I can definitely say that they were amazing here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the service level was completely on point as well as the hospitality. I’ve worked with high level hotels for years so I have good reference and would highly recommend this hotel. We were sad to leave and will miss it. I almost didn’t want to post this review to keep it a secret but the staff absolutely deserves 10 STARS 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Resor mewah bintang 5 yang terletak di pegunungan Al Hajar yang menghadap ke Laut Oman ini, menawarkan pengalaman istana yang unik, dan menampilkan seni keramahtamahan Oman. The breakfast was great, fresh seasonal fruits and fresh pastries. The beach was clean and nice, I like the infinity pools in the resort.
