The villa is amazing, big villa with private and heated pool. Breakfast was nice, the staff too. We loved staying there.

The property had everything I was looking for. It was all very new and clean as it’s only been open a short while. In a very peaceful and Quiet location, yet only a short walk (10-15 mins) from Nizwa fort and the souk. Very comfortable room with aircon and breakfast (including GOOD coffee). And very friendly, helpful staff who go above and beyond to make your stay a happy one. The manager provided also a very reasonably priced shuttle service to and from the airport. As if all that was not enough, the rooms are spread out in gardens with lots of shade, so it doesn’t feel like a hotel at all. Oh, and There’s also a pool and a roof terrace. And a small coffee shop!

Very kind and cooperative. He even came with us to show us the site seeing. Property was large and lots of animals. Our kids really enjoyed the stay
