The manager was friendly and welcoming, he granted all our wishes. The city's old center is really close by.

Located in Izkī, 40 km from Nizwa Fort, Cloudy Cloud Farm Resort provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Featuring room service, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. The resort features an indoor pool and a shared kitchen and free WiFi. The host was amazing. Very kind and cooperative. He even came with us to show us the site seeing. Property was large and lots of animals. Our kids really enjoyed the stay

This was our second time stay at this property and truly the experience was amazing. It may not be the best resort that one can look for; however, for the small town of Nizwa where this is located it is the best and very reasonable too.
The host ensured we got a clean room away from the a party group playing loud music. He also guided us regarding the dinner situation at Jabel Shams and booked our dinner at the Sama resort for 7 omr each.
Would recommend! Amazing location close to the Balcony Walk, you do not need a 4WD to reach it. Basic accommodation but everything you need with a comfortable bed! Friendly host and good communication. He arranged dinner for us at Sama Heights which was a fun extra to explore this resort.
All the resort stuff were very kind and polite.. The ladies of the reception are very kind and have good English.. The place are quiet and it has a touch of nature specially while sitting in the balcony.. The balcony is fully private and u can spend nice morning while having the coffee there.. The resort is superb at all.. Thanks..
Luxury accomodation Very nice two bedrooms Perfect Swimming pool Friendly staff I strongly reccomend for 4 people. We were group of 6 and it was very good also.
Really great location to experience the mountains. 10 minutes on foot and you've lost site of all buildings. Make sure to bring enough food, although you can visit nearby resorts for a restaurant if needed. Wouldn't recommend being out late at night, but the compound has a great view of the night sky. We made it up in a little automatic Suzuki, but would have had trouble if it rained.
perfect location to be walking the balcony walk and the W4 before the crowds and the heat! Nice and basic accommodation, kitchen is equipped with all necessities and you can have a really good breakfast and dinner in a nearby resort. Also the owner is really friendly and accommodating.
Mahmoot is a great guy who knows everything about the area and can give you all the info you want. The hostel has everything you want, is easy to find and shops and restaurants are in the same street. I preferred staying here with Mahmoot in Al Hamra instead of an expensive resort packed with tourists.
The location is perfect for exploring the canyon and to do the balcony hike. They waited for us until we arrived and explained everything. The dinner or breakfast can be ordered in another resort that is about a kilometer away.
