Every member of your team was warm, welcoming, and eager to assist, which truly enhanced my overall experience. The entire property is a true gem. Its beauty and comfort made me feel right at home throughout my stay, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and amenities. The only suggestion I would like to offer is the addition of an elevator, as it would further enhance the accessibility and convenience of your establishment. The Mercure Queenstown Resort is located on a vantage point overlooking the Remarkables Mountains and Lake Wakatipu. It features a seasonal outdoor pool, spa pools, a gym and a sauna. We picked this property for the view of the mountains and lake and it did not disappoint.
