Wild Planet Eco Retreat has free bikes, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Bhurkīā. Among the various facilities are a bar and water sports facilities. We spent 4 days at Wildlife Planet and we definitely hope to be back one day. Lovely to walk around the area, tranquil place if you want to relax with spacious outdoor areas to do so, great food & very close to the National Park Entrance. Baba and all the guides' passion for wildlife and conservation were heartwarming to observe and admire. They definitely try their best to show you the wild, without being invasive to the wildlife and always respectful. Best wildlife experiences ever 😁! Also, appreciated the ecofriendliness not only in name; packed lunch during tours with no plastic and reusable stuff, refillable water available & encouraged. I hope the whole area remains this sustainable for years to come.

Bardia Wildlife Resort features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Bhurkīā. Featuring room service, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. The room was large and comfortable with a veranda to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful garden. The garden was lovely and so relaxing, full of flowers, plants and butterflies. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and even included us in their family Tihar celebrations. We really enjoyed the safaris and saw a tiger!

Bardia Kingfisher Resort is located in Dhakela, 500 metres from Bardia National Park. Free WiFi access is available in this resort. The accommodation will provide you with a patio and a seating area. Great local family owned guest house with very friendly staff. Much of the food is locally sourced, including the rice that is grown in the family's own rice paddy. Guides were very good; determined to find a tiger for me, which they did even though they are hard to see at this time of year.

Boasting a bar, a garden and garden views, Tiger Tops Karnali Lodge is situated in Bardia National Park. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Very comfortable wonderful lodge. It is an ‘institution’ in the safari sector of Nepal and deservedly so. The management (BC), staff and guides (Bhim in particular) are all incredible, nothing is too much trouble.

Set in Bhurkīā, Nature Safari Resort offers free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. The resort was great, affordable, clean, extremely kind and friendly staff and good food. What more should i ask? Haha. I'm pretty sure we will be staying there next time we are in bardiya.

Bardia Jungle Cottage is located in Bardīa, just 300 metres from the Bardia National Park. Free WiFi access is available in this resort. Location is immediately outside Bardia national park.....you cannot get any closer. Facilities are basic but more than adequate. Hot water showers are available along with very good local food after a long day's trekking. The guides organised by hotel are exceptional. The owner is such a nice guy and the staff cannot do enough to make sure you are happy. Such good value for money. It's my 3rd time returning to bardia jungle cottage and my 7yr old's first and we will definitely be back to see more tigers and stay here. The packed lunch is perfect whilst in jungle and so well organised.
