We would highly recommend for families with young kids to stay here. Facilities are generally in very good condition. The kids loved the pool especially the slides and giant flamingo floats that were available for rental. The pool has different ranges of depth for different requirements. Amazing, friendly staff including the guards and bellboys. Staff are very observant and approachable. The room is of a good size and well maintained. The beds are soft and clean too, and can fit 5 of us comfortably. We appreciated that a prayer mat was readily available for use in the room with the kiblah direction clearly shown. The lighting and air-condition was working well too. The location is very near the outlet mall for some shopping with hotel shuttle service if you don't want to drive (ask hotel staff for info). Restaurant food is palatable. The cuisines are mostly Asian. Super love the lemon tart from the dinner buffet. For the price you pay, it is definitely value for money. Looking forward to returning.
