The hotel is fabulous. The staff are amazing. Damarys (server at the beach) was a ray of sunshine. She was so happy and positive. Also Gabriel (at building 3 restaurant) was very attentive and friendly. Love the app to reserve the restaurants. Lots of beach chairs around the pool and at the beach. Activities/entertainment are fun. Highly recommend this resort.

We liked all restaurants, but the French Bordeaux was out favorite one. Excellent chef & staff. All pools were amazing. Another high was the Rendevoux Bar. Excellent drinks.

Offering amazing views of the Caribbean Sea, Palmaïa – The House of AïA is a luxury all-inclusive resort that features large outdoor pools, a wonderful spa and beauty center, 5 à la carte restaurants... It was just very good. I have been a venue finder of special hotels/resortsin the world and it is difficult to find a place so beautiful and the high quality of food and drinks . Can stay there as health retreat or a family holiday. Everything is high quality.

The resort is very big, with a lot of different kinds of ambiences, huge pools, 2 beaches (one on each side of the resort) all kinds of restaurants (mexican, french, italian, north-american, asian, sports bar, caffee shop, patisserie store, international buffet, night club, night shows, amazing breakfast) and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), amazing staff and the adults-only expecience is even better, with a perfect concierge. For beer lovers, they have a Sports Bar inside the resort, were they craft their own beers of different styles. But they also have many others famous local and international beers. Also loved the resort location, very close to Coco Bongo and all those famous restaurants/night clubs (like 10 minutes walking), Chedraui Supermarket. Also close to Xcaret Hub and Ferry. We would absolutely return to Hyatt Ziva as soon as possible.
