The facilities are great, the service is excellent, the food is tasty and its just overall beautiful. Daily and nightly entertainment was great too. We are so glad we ended our trip to Mexico with a super relaxing and luxurious week here.

Offering amazing views of the Caribbean Sea, Palmaïa – The House of AïA is a luxury all-inclusive resort that features large outdoor pools, a wonderful spa and beauty center, 5 à la carte restaurants... Heaven on Earth!! The food was unbelievable, you wouldn’t think everything on the menu is vegan or vegetarian and tastes so good. The property ins brand new, the attention to details in the interior design are out of this world. The service was amazing, we had a personal butler and was super handy. The beach was super clean with no sargassum. Would definitely come back ASAP.

Turquoize offers guests an adults-only getaway at Hyatt Ziva Cancun. Hyatt Ziva pleasantly surprised us, with an entire village of restaurants, shops, candy/dessert shop, cafe, swimming pools and dolphins! Our butlers Alessandra and Eladio were beyond amazing and took care of all of our needs. It was a splurge but I would do it again. The food at the Moongate (asian) and the Tradewinds (steak) was of excellent quality. the rooftop pool at Punta Vista was also amazing.

The Host, Mr. Corrado, is a very nice gentleman who will give you immediatly a feeling of familiar comfort. He will answer your question as good as possible and is always reachable if you need something. He is a well English-, Italian- and Spanish-Speaker. The Apartment was one of our Highlights and we enjoyed the view of the see, what is the first thing you will see as soon as you wake up. We planned also some trips to some islands and he was so nice for driving us to the ferry. Very happy with all and everything. There will for sure be a next time in Cancun and we will come back to Mr. Corrado for sure :)

見事なビーチフロントのリゾートで、プンタ・カンクンの美しい通り沿いにあります。カリブ海に囲まれ、白い砂浜と澄んだ青い海を楽しめます。 Hyatt Ziva Cancúnのお部屋には、薄型テレビ、ミニバー、コーヒーメーカー、専用バスルーム（シャワー、バスローブ、スリッパ付）が備わっています。 Hyatt Ziva... さすが人気ホテルだけあるサービスの充実ぶりでした。 一つ一つのポイントだけ見れば、ここより安くても、プールが充実してる、立地がいい、景色がいい、メンテナンスがいい、レストランが美味しい、サービスがいい…というホテルはたくさんあるのですが、総合的にみるとやはりハイアットジーバさんが、頭一つ抜けて素晴らしいです。何もかもが平均より上、という感じ。 日本人のコンシェルジュさんもおられて、小さなことから相談出来ますし、子連れも多いので気兼ねがありません。後特長を上げるとすれば、アジア系が多いのでゆるいカジュアルさは多少劣るかな…アジアンレストランのお味は平均的でしたが、パフォーマンスなどが楽しくさすがだなと思いました。
