It is a very clean hotel and well organized events . The staff was very kind and helpful . The room was always cleaned and tidy . The house cleaners did an excellent job . The kids club was awesome. In fact, the beach and sea here are far superior to many other places you’ll find in Cancun—absolutely incredible. The in-room amenities, such as shampoo and shower gels, could use some improvement, but this was not an issue for us at all. The reasonably sized pool, surrounded by a bar and snack area, and the amazing beach with its aquarium-like sea where you can walk right into the water, make it a fantastic value for the price we paid. This all-inclusive resort doesn’t feel restrictive, which is a major plus. Highly recommended for anyone seeking delicious food, a reasonable price, and a wonderful seaside experience.

Offering an outdoor pool and a restaurant, Casa del Mar Cozumel Hotel & Dive Resort is located in Cozumel, right across the street from the Caribbean Sea. It features free access (subject to availability) to the Nachi-Cocom Beach Club which is located 13 km away The entire staff was wonderful, from check in to check out, every person was great. The room was spacious and comfortable. Having the restaurant on site was convenient and the food was good. The pool was nice as well as happy hour each evening. Ocean access across the bridge, we did some snorkeling. We will definitely be back.

Room service available 24 hours with extra charge. beautiful place, beautiful rooms and very nice people! the breakfast and lunch were good, the dinner was not great.
