Set in Cozumel, 1.4 km from Caletita Beach, Cozumel Hotel & Resort TM by Wyndham All Inclusive offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Featuring a private beach area, this 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. The hotel has a terrace and pool views, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. An old-fashioned hotel with design elements reminiscent of the 80s and 90s, but that doesn't detract from the reasonably high quality of the food, the exceptional attention and helpfulness of the staff, or the stunning beach and sea. In fact, the beach and sea here are far superior to many other places you’ll find in Cancun—absolutely incredible. The in-room amenities, such as shampoo and shower gels, could use some improvement, but this was not an issue for us at all. The reasonably sized pool, surrounded by a bar and snack area, and the amazing beach with its aquarium-like sea where you can walk right into the water, make it a fantastic value for the price we paid. This all-inclusive resort doesn’t feel restrictive, which is a major plus. Highly recommended for anyone seeking delicious food, a reasonable price, and a wonderful seaside experience.

It’s far away from all resorts and it’s very very peaceful. Absolutely loved that. Very small because they are fairly new but overall we absolutely loved the peacefulness
I loved the location and the beauty of the resort. It was relaxing with just enough activity and able to get a quiet nice rest.
A lot of things were all inclusive which is great for the price
Having been to this property several times before over the past 25 years. Seeing some of the same faces of your Staff and our housekeeper as well, they always did a good job. Including Arbey Agullar & Angel ( I hope I spelled that correct). We loved the activities. games and their humor that motivated others to participate in events which made meeting other guest easier in breaking the ice. Love the beach compared to other resorts.
Loved the infinity pools with swim up bars, the private beach/snorkeling. The staff was amazing, friendly and so accommodating, able to book scooters, snorkeling, diving. We were able to walk to a few places outside the resort, ATM, Pharmacia, restaurants and felt very safe. The all inclusive restaurants were great, lots of options for food. The bed was so comfortable!
Overall was ok, but I felt the price was overrated. You can find similar places 20-30% less that they charge. Wifi is stable everywhere. Pool bars work only until 6 pm while pool work until 8 pm, they could align it. Food is fine, nothing exceptional. I honestly cannot say anything so exceptional about this resort. Yes its all inclusive, yes they have beach. Did it became something to be so appreciative today for really decent price they charge??????
The Melia Cozumel was an excellent all inclusive resort. It had everything my husband and I needed. The staff worked really hard to accommodate us a provide a memorable experience for us. We’ll be back next year for sure.
I will admit I was hesitant to book here, as I’ve never been an all-inclusive resort type traveler. But I was pleasantly surprised by our experience with Iberostar in Cozumel! It was comfortable, relaxing, and beautifully situated. The staff were kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time!
Jorge the owner was very nice and accommodating. We had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, tv room, and dining room. It was very secure. We have travelled internationally before and prefer to support local businesses. Though we have stayed in all-inclusive resorts before, that isn’t our preference. Jorge is s self-made entrepreneur, born and raised in northern Mexico, and worthy of support. We are glad to have supported a self-employed person rather than support a multinational corporation.
