Located in Fes, the Palais is beside the Fez Borj shopping centre and it has an outdoor pool with a snack bar and panoramic views of the Jbel Zallagh Hill and the Old Medina. simply perfect.....Spa was special, the manager of the Spa is a real professional one. Great service indeed.

The receptionist was amazing ! He was very helpful and showed us where to go we enjiyzd our stay becausz of his professionalism and kindness.
