The towels and the wardrobe were so fluffy and the mattress, pillows and the linening were perfect! I felt wonderful during my 10 nights accomodation in room no.220. Located in Fes, the Palais is beside the Fez Borj shopping centre and it has an outdoor pool with a snack bar and panoramic views of the Jbel Zallagh Hill and the Old Medina. First, the hotel location is in the center of Fez, just few meters from Burj Fez mall. Secondly, the hotel reception staff are welcoming and very nice to attend gesut needs. Thanks to Miss Iman for everything. Furthermore, the room is spectacular. Finally, the house keeping staff are excellent team. Appreciate all hotel STAFF, and keep up the good work. Bravo 👏 bravo👏

He was very helpful and showed us where to go we enjiyzd our stay becausz of his professionalism and kindness. We could walk to the city center by feet and enjoy nature.
