The resort is built with a lot of love to detail and mostly natural materials. It's so peaceful and relaxing in the garden. Excellent Yoga lessons, delicious pizza and food. The owners make you feel right at home and are incredibly helpful with organising trips and taking care of everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The room is big and comfortable, very clean. the stuff cleans the shared areas every day, and the private rooms by request. The stuff is very nice and polit! The resort is the closest to the ocean - I can literally here the ocean from my hammock, there is a private hammock for every room! I used the laundry service it was good, also fair price (compare to the town). There is an AC in the room. Its not too close to the city - and not too far, every thing is so close so you can get there by 2 minutes. and I like that distance! So you don't here the parties and firework during the night... Great WIFI! and a digital nomad and I could work from the room - there is also a table for the computer!

Die Unterkunft Feel the Waves verfügt über einen Garten, eine Gemeinschaftslounge, eine Terrasse und eine Bar in Arugam Bay. The Staff were super friendly as well as the boss. We had a room for one night, but booked it for 3 cause we liked it a lot. The second night our A/C broke. The manager found us another room in order for us to feel really like home and comfortable as much as possible. Would recommend their breakfast bowls ! Delicious!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und insgesamt sogar um 2 Nächte verlängert. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und max 10 Minuten vom Zentrum und 5 min zum Strand entfernt. Der Host war freundlich und ging auf unsere Wünsche ein

Honestly, it's a super unique place in terms of the community created around - starting from the staff and the manager but also all the guests seem to get along so well and it doesn't feel like your typical hotel. You always feel supported with anything you might need and there's always someone around with the solution or a helpful tip. They'll help you organize with everything you need and you'll feel very welcome. All is super comfy too and the location is great. Fully recommend!
