They have truly taken our stay to another level - literally, by allocating us to a room on the 6th floor on our next stay so we had even better views. This is a truly incredible team. My husband and I had the best anniversary celebration, and it really felt like our honeymoon! Really top notch! I travelled a lot and have been to other 5* places; in my experience, S Hotel tops them all. I am so happy I picked them over Sandals.

They do a decent job with entertainment. The restaurants are amazing. Every restaurant has great food to try. Also if you don't like the restaurants or don't want to limit to just that. Enjoy some grilled picanha or skirt steak from the guys that grill near Seshin restaurant. If you get there early enough meat will be rare/mid rare and delicious.

Amelia on the reception was so empathetic and make sure we had all the info we needed as smooth as possible so we could go directly to rest. We also met the amazing team of hostess that greeted you in all the restaurants. The waiters, the servers in the buffet line, Marcos who made sure my husband had every morning his panino as he liked it. And special thanks to Rafael and Daniel, the two beach and pool waiters that were all the time with us making our stay so memorable. Thank you❤️ we will be back soon!

Breathtaking. Shallow, without waves. Perfect for anyone. The rooms are gorgeous. The food is very good on most restaurants. Especially at the main one that serves breakfast as well. The Indian restaurant is also a must. The staff are the best staff ever. The fire pits with the sofas to chill out. By far the best gym ever. Overall an amazing experience. Good job to everybody, from the person who designed it, to the managers and the workers. Bravo bravo bravo
