The resort was great. The pool had a great vibe and the service was outstanding. The beach was beautiful as well. The Nook bar was so good. The shows were really good and diverse every night. We also reserved the spa and was worth it. The food was ok. We also went to the nightclub and the music was spot on. We really liked our stay and we'd likely come back.

This is an excellent resort. It is gorgeous and clean, with a large pool and a beach. Each day, the guests receive a text listing all the activities, and there is plenty to do in the morning, afternoon, and evening (for example, Yoga, Handcraft, Bike tour, Aqua Aerobics, Sports, Latin dance classes, Live music, and evening shows). There is no need to go out of the resort for entertainment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I paid a little extra for the 'preferred' option and do not regret it. Anibal was my 'butler,' and he was excellent--highly responsible, respectful, and friendly. Many people working in this resort go the extra mile to help the guests. These extraordinary workers include Julia, "La Diva," Rihanna, Beyonce (some use nicknames), Teofilo, Rigoberto, Jackson, Richard, Esperanza, and Maria.
While tips are included in the final price, I highly recommend tipping some resort workers. No one knows how much of the "included tip" is given to the workers; thus, it is a way to help them financially (not to mention that the Hyatt is making a lot of money—remember, labor in the Dominican Republic is cheap).

I like some of the staff they were really great…Your front Desk guy wanted to not let me leave cause I left the towel pass in the room…If I tell you my taxi is here and you want the pass send your staff to go and get it. Your freaking Police or Guard has a real anger issue from the start and he put his fucking hands on me. That’s a battery charge in the US may not be in your country but I almost hit him in his face he was so aggressive towards me. I will never come to your facility again as long as those two guys are on your staff

Good location, close to the beach and other resturants. We stayed there for 3 weeks and tbh very cheap compared to other hotels so you really get what you paid for, i reccomend you try other resorts that are all inclusive.
Been traveling around the world, but 1st time in an all-inclusive resort, and seriously I don't understand the bad reviews here. It's very clean, well maintained, good variety of food, the rooms are big and comfortable, the beach is clean and beautiful, the staff very polite. I recommend it
The food was great. Often food at all-inclusive resorts is mediocre, but the food here was worth coming back for. We didn't have one bad meal while here. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms and facilities were very clean.
Beautiful grounds. Swim-up rooms were great. The lagoon next to the hotel was the perfect place to swim. The El Beso part of the resort was fantastic, especially the adults-only restaurant on the beach. The lobby is beautifully designed and has a fascinating architectural concept, and the lobby bar and piano bar were really elegant. The buffets were surprisingly good for an all-inclusive resort.
The entire resort was extremely clean. The staff was so pleasant and professional. For an all inclusive, the food was really good and the variety was plentiful. Loved the Oceana and its location to the swim up bar.
Excellent food, drink and service. small tips go a long way. I'm glad I did not let the few negative reviews sway me. I'm used to traveling in luxury hotels. While this isn't a luxury resort by any stretch it is rather great for an all inclusive. I am planning on returning. I also highly recommend the platinum upgrade. Totally worth it.
The resort is expansive, offering plenty of activities. The privileged room I stayed in was incredibly spacious, and I believe all the rooms boast wonderful views. The kids' activities, along with the availability of small cars for transportation, make it family-friendly. As an all-inclusive resort, both the food and alcoholic beverages exceeded expectations, with the Christmas Eve experience standing out for its exceptional food, service, and shows. The beach, characterized by its wild beauty, adds to the overall charm of the resort
The Live Aqua Beach Resort is the perfect place to spend
a relaxing vacation in Punta Cana. It is not like a typical
all inclusive hotel since the food is a la carte. I‘ve never had
such good food in an all inclusive resort.
The resort itself is just beautiful - very clean, chill and
directly at the beach. The staff is awesome - they are so
friendly and treat you like their favourite guest - every
