They all were so helpful and friendly, it really felt like a family. We lost a tiny necklace in the pool and the lifeguard spent hours trying to find it (which they did!) everything was great! Probably the best hotel I Have ever stayed on! 💕

We also met the amazing team of hostess that greeted you in all the restaurants. The waiters, the servers in the buffet line, Marcos who made sure my husband had every morning his panino as he liked it. And special thanks to Rafael and Daniel, the two beach and pool waiters that were all the time with us making our stay so memorable. Thank you❤️ we will be back soon!
