I was the only guest staying at the property at the time. The room was spacious and would be perfect for even a longer stay. The shared facilities included a bathroom with a tub on the first floor, as well as a small kitchenette on the second floor. The cleanliness was top notch, I have no complaints. The owner was the friendliest ever. He gave me a ride to the Seven Waterfalls of Kawazu and had made coffee for me in the morning, even though I had to leave early to catch a train. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone traveling to Kawazu!

The facilities had incredible views, including the restaurant - I had a massage that was very professional at the spa. The space is unique and very pretty. Having a free shuttle bus service from then station made it very easy to get to.

El Kona Stay Izu Nagaoka se encuentra en Izunokuni, en el distrito Izu Nagaoka Onsen. The staff was very friendly and kind and even reserved a great restaurant for us for dinner (thank you Chie). The room had plenty of space and was partially traditional. The combination of bike rental, onsen and fireplace was perfect in my opinion.

Amazing sea views of the bay from room (twin with Tatami). Easy to arrive via train to Izu Kogen then <10 min taxi (1200 yen). Onsen was amazing! 1 rooftop smaller pool + 1 bigger double pool, both in the main hotel. Then the annex building separate onsen was amazing (one open air large onsen pool with views of the bay, and 1 inside pool with sauna and various mineral baths). (free for guests and can use during the day after your checkout too)

Staff were very sweet and despite a language barrier all interactions were great. The owner gave my partner and I some oranges on the morning of checkout as a very nice gesture. The onsens were very nice and worth the money, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Izu.
