From the food service to guard they have been the most humble and always with the best smile on their faces. The rooms are spacious and neat. Love and the best experience. Located in Cochin, Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty is a waterfront resort featuring two swimming pools, a tennis court, as well as a fitness centre. We got their suite. Very comfortable and excellent amenities. Had very nice bkfst and access to club for 1100 to 1900 with food after 1700 The pool and fitness area were well equipped and clean w good hours. Super friendly staff
