Det luksuriøse Waterford Castle Hotel and Golf Resort har en smuk beliggenhed på floden Suir, på en privat ø helt adskilt fra fastlandet. Very relaxing to have a couple of nights at a lovely castle hotel. Check in was easy with friendly staff. The room was very nice, clean and the bed comfortable. It's a very quiet location and although the weather wasn't great, we walked around the outer edge of the island (takes about 1½ hours at a steady pace and very little traffic noise from the mainland). We ate in the restaurant the first evening and you couldn't fault the food although we did get the slight impression that the meal was slightly biased to quantity rather than quality. Very nice stay overall

Gold Coast Holiday Golf and Sports Resort is a coastal retreat in County Waterford, Ireland, overlooking Dungarvan Bay and just 4km from Dungarvan town. The decor and style. Plenty of room. The bunker bar staff are exceptional. Food and drinks are top notch
